

We are creating a vibrant programme of events in our beautiful Studio Space — a light-filled, welcoming hall designed to nurture mind, body and soul while fostering genuine community connection.
Events at The Wellbeing Within Space
Our events will include a gentle mix of workshops, classes, trainings and gatherings that support personal wellbeing and bring people together. Whether you're looking to relax deeply, learn new ways to care for yourself, express creatively, or simply enjoy meaningful company, we aim to offer something nourishing and inclusive.
Some of the events we are planning include:
Sound baths and relaxation sessions
Coffee mornings and gentle social gatherings
Art and craft-based workshops
Mindfulness and meditation classes
Community groups focused on connection and reducing loneliness
Trainings and short courses on practical ways to support and promote your own wellbeing
