The Wellbeing Within Space

By booking or attending any session, class, workshop, training or event at The Wellbeing Within, you agree to the following terms.

​

Bookings

​

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our website/booking system. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed booking.

  • If you have any questions regarding your booking, please contact us directly at hello@thewellbeingwithinspace.co.uk

  • Equipment is provided where required for sessions unless otherwise stated, but anything else needed for your session must be requested in advance.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be admitted

  • We ask that all attendees arrive at least 10 minutes before their session

  • If you are unable to attend or are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • We aim to keep our pricing fair and transparent. Fees, packages and services may be updated from time to time to reflect business needs.

 

Wellbeing, Conduct & Community

Inclusivity, safety and respect are central to our space.

  • Our services are open to all, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, age, religion, culture, body size, shape or ability.

  • Discrimination, abusive language, aggression or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or unsuitable.

  • We also reserve the right to ensure our staff and practitioners feel safe and supported in their working environment.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of a service, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving concerns with fairness, transparency and care.

Property & Equipment

​

  • Personal belongings are brought to sessions at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.

  • Any equipment provided must be treated with care. Damage caused through misuse may result in a replacement charge.

  • As our studio is situated within a residential setting, we kindly ask all visitors to be respectful and considerate of our neighbours.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

  • We operate a three hour late cancellation window for all classes only. These must be made on online via the booking method/website

  • Late cancellations made within the 3 hour window before a class begins will be deducted from your pass as if attended. 

  • Any early cancellations made before the 3 hour window will return the pass being returned back to your account.

  • If you fail to attend your class, this will be deemed as a NO SHOW  and your pass will be deducted as if you attended. If you are a continual no show, we will charge you a £5 fee for each occasion.

  • Late arrivals will not be admitted once a class has begun and will be recorded as a No Show. No refunds or transfers are available for No Shows.

  • Workshops, retreats and events have a 24 hour cancellation period but are nonrefundable. If cancelled before this period you will be given options to transfer to another session, to your account where applicable or potentially crediting your account. 

  • Workshops, retreats, events and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled by The Wellbeing Within Space or external provider.

  • Session cancellations made by The Wellbeing Within Space can be made up until the start time, but we will aim to give notice as soon as we can. We aim to offer alternative options or refunds in this case. 

  • Refunds in exceptional circumstances are at our discretion and may be subject to an administrative fee (for refunds over £30).

  • Class passes or plans may be extended for a small fee or gifted to another person. Please contact us directly to discuss options.

  • Promotions and subscriptions cannot be combined with other offers, amended or frozen unless stated otherwise.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.


 

Waitlist

  • If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist.

  • If a space becomes available, you will be notified by text and/or email

  • If you can no longer attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid cancellation charges.

Client Forms, Waivers & Medical Information

​

  • All required booking forms and medical questionnaires must be completed before attending your session

  • By attending, you acknowledge that some services involve physical movement, therapeutic practices or holistic modalities that may carry inherent risk.

  • You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and understand any relevant contraindications.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or changes to your health before attending.

  • The Wellbeing Within and its practitioners accept no liability for information not disclosed. Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

 

If you are unwell, including symptoms of Covid-19 or other contagious illness, you must not attend and should only return once fully recovered.

While we maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, attendance and participation remain at your own risk.

By booking or attending any class, workshop, training or event, you agree that The Wellbeing Within Space is not liable for injury, illness, loss or damages arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.
