A supportive day for insight, healing and change Family Constellation is a supportive group-based therapeutic approach that helps reveal hidden family influences shaping our lives. This group work creates space for healing, understanding and supporting individuals to reconnect with themselves and shift long-standing emotional or relational blocks. Facilitated by Adina Dobre Psychotherapist with 20+ years' experience in NHS and private practice, trained at the Centre for Systemic Constellations London and with international trainers.
