SOUND BATH & SOCIAL

Service Description

You are invited to join Penny for a soothing sound session to gently encourage the bodies relaxation response. This session is the ideal for a lunchtime reset, great for carers, and those who cannot access evening sessions. Chairs can be used during the session should they be needed and we welcome all members of the community. Penny will be using both Himalayan metal bowls and a set of Australian Quartz Crystal bowls to create a soulful soundscape. Additional instruments will be interwoven with the bowls to create balance and harmony; an opportunity for vibration to calm body, mind and soul. No experience is required, but please do reach out if you have any questions. There will be refreshments and chat for socialising after the session, and a great way to meet new people.
