Service Description
Kundalini Yoga is often known as the Yoga of Awareness. Each class combines movement, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and mantra in a specific sequence designed to support the nervous system and create balance in both body and mind. Classes begin with gentle tuning in, before moving through a Kriya, a carefully structured set of movements and breathing techniques with a particular focus. Every class is different and may explore themes such as stress relief, energy, resilience, emotional balance, self-confidence, sleep or vitality. We then move into meditation and finish with a deep relaxation, allowing the body and mind to integrate the practice. This is a practical yoga for everyday life. You don't need to be flexible or have any previous experience. The focus isn't on achieving perfect poses, but on developing awareness, building a stronger connection with yourself and creating lasting shifts in how you feel both on and off the mat. Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded than when they arrived. This session forms a part of The Wellbeing Within Space in house classes. Studio Pass can be used with this session.
